Grow Influence
Influencer Marketing
Where brand story meets human voice. We plan and manage creator campaigns with a PR brain, starting with the story your brand needs to tell before finding the people who can tell it with credibility, personality and relevance.
Because reach is easy to buy.
Trust is harder to earn.
Influencer marketing works best when it feels like a natural extension of your brand story, not a post added at the end.
As the influencer marketing practice of Grow Public Relations, Grow Influence brings PR thinking into creator campaigns. We look at what your brand needs to say, who needs to believe it, and which voices can make the message feel human.
We do not find you the biggest voice. We find you the right one.
Most influencer campaigns start with a list. We start with the story.
Every creator is chosen for fit: the audience they reach, the way they speak, the content they naturally make and the trust they have earned. The result is work that feels clear for the brand, natural for the creator and believable to the audience.
Story first. Always.
Before we recommend a single creator, we get clear on the story your brand needs to tell. From there, we find the right voices, shape the content direction and manage the campaign so every partnership feels relevant, credible and built to earn trust.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does Grow PR select the right influencers for a campaign?
We start with the story the campaign needs to tell, then look for creators whose audience, voice and existing content already fit it. Selection rests on audience relevance, content authenticity and quality, and the trust a creator has earned with their followers. Audience quality is checked before anyone is shortlisted, so reach that looks impressive on paper but does not convert gets filtered out early.
2. Should my brand work with micro-influencers or larger creators?
It depends on what the campaign has to do. Larger creators buy awareness quickly and suit launches aimed at a broad audience. Micro-creators hold closer relationships with their followers, which works harder for consideration, niche categories and anything that depends on a personal recommendation. Most of our campaigns use a mix: a few larger names for reach, a wider group of smaller creators for depth.
3. What is included in an influencer marketing campaign?
Campaign strategy and narrative, creator identification and shortlisting, negotiation of fees and deliverables, briefing that leaves creators room to sound like themselves, content review and approvals, scheduling and delivery management, and performance reporting. We also connect the campaign back to the rest of your communications, including media coverage, events and owned channels, so it is not running in isolation.
4. How do you measure influencer marketing beyond reach and impressions?
Engagement quality rather than volume: saves, shares, and comments that show real intent. We look at audience authenticity, sentiment, and whether the message survived the creator’s retelling. Where a campaign is built to drive action, we track link clicks, code redemptions and referral traffic. Reach only tells you how many people scrolled past it.
